Nationalism is not freethought
Why is "American principle of state/church separation." in there? Do all Americans (and only Americans) support secularism? I imagine this was put in because the US was founded on secular principle but besides of the fact that it is no longer secular, it doesn't make it American. Even if the person who first conceived secularism was American (which he wasn't), it still wouldn't make it an American ideal. Basically it's just blatant nationalism and shouldn't be included in what should be a Freethought encyclopedia. --Carbonrodney 19:25, 24 April 2009 (CDT)
Pile's response
I agree with you. That should not be there. I removed the "American" reference. Good catch.--Pile 23:48, 24 April 2009 (CDT)
